小波阈值滤波在过滤PPG信号时的误差分析

摘    要:近年来,随着人们对心率变异性的认知越来越深入,各种分析心电数据的算法应运而生。小波变换技术在识别RR间期过程中的起到了非常重要的作用。然而小波变换本身存在一定的误差,这种误差产生的原因是由小波变换的本质决定的。该误差对测试数据的影响,需要具体情况具体分析,不能一概而论。本文分析了小波阈值滤波在过滤PPG信号数据时产生误差的原因,并给出了这一误差的实际测试结果。

Abstract:With an increasing in-depth awareness on heart rate variability, a variety of algorithms of analyzing ECG data have emerged. The wavelet transform technology has played a very important role in the process of identification RR interval. However, there is a certain degree of error, caused by its internal quality, in the algorithm of wavelet transform. The effect of this error need to be analyzed one by one and can not be concluded generally. This paper analyzes the causes for this error which is emerged from the process of filtering PPG data by the algorithm of wavelet threshold filtering, and gives the actual testing results for this error.
