| 摘 要： | 摘 要 现代市场经济就是法治经济，它与法治相互促进共同发展。市场经济推动法治的产生，发展和完善；而法治则对市场经济具有规范、促进和保障作用。二者具有不可分割的内在联系。因此在大力推进我国社会主义市场经济的进程中，必须加强和完善社会主义法治，使之与现代市场经济协调发展。

| Abstract: | Abstract In our new age, marketing economy is just legal economy. Both of them help each other forward. Marketing economy is the most important element affecting the produce and promotion of rule by law. On the other hand, good law system can standardize market order and help marketing e-conomy step on a new stage. There are internal relations between the two social phenomena. Therefore, we must tighten up the rule of law to fit in with the development of marketing economy. |
