| 摘 要： | 模拟法庭审判是一种特殊的法学实践方法,分为前期准备、模拟庭审、后期总结三个阶段。搞好模拟法庭,正确选择案例是成功的一半,应突出辨法析理,深刻把握角色的本质内涵。搞好模拟法庭,有助于提高学生的司法职业技能,增强其思辨能力,锻炼其综合能力。
