内镀金刚石铰刀制造中开刃技术

摘    要:内镀金刚石铰刀在脱模和刀杆的加工处理后,还要进行开刃,目的是为了让被金属镀层包裹的金刚石颗粒暴露出合适的高度,使之具有切削能力和容屑能力。本文主要介绍了几种开刃方法,并进行对比,最后对该领域的新技术进行展望。

Abstract:In order to expose the edges of diamond grains and make the reamer have the ability of cutting and holding chips, inside holding electroplating diamond reamer must be treated after removing the die. It is presented in this paper that some techniques of the exposedness of edges of diamond grains were tested in our research. Finally, the new technique in this field is introduced.
