| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的快速发展，社会对技能应用型人才需求量增多。这对我国技能应用型人才的培养提出了新的要求和挑战。本文针对目前我国在技能应用型人才培养过程中存在的一些问题，提出了在教育培养目标、教育教学理念、教师队伍建设、教育教学模式等方面进行改革的具体措施。
