月球探测器软着陆缓冲机构着陆性能分析

摘    要:铝蜂窝缓冲器是月球探测器软着陆机构常用缓冲装置。首先针对简化二级蜂窝缓冲装置在LS-DY-NA中进行着陆过程大变形模拟仿真分析;其次对探测器机体变形对着陆性能的影响进行研究。研究结果表明探测器采用多级蜂窝缓冲装置,在着陆过程中当第一级蜂窝材料完全压缩时,探测器加速度响应最大;由于探测器机体柔性变形改变了相应连接约束的位置从而使着陆器着陆性能恶化。

Abstract:Honeycomb as a new type of a material have an extensive practice in soft landing of lunar Lander.In this paper,firstly,considering the large deformation of the honeycomb,the dynamics of the secondary buffering in lander was carried in LS-DYNA.Secondly,the rigid-flexible couplings dynamics of a system consisting a flexible fuselage attach to the main Lander are analysis.The result shows that when the first honeycomb material is completely compressed in step buffer,the impact acceleration is largest.The deformation of fuselage has a considerable effect on the stability of the Lunar Lander system.This research can be beneficial to the second lunar probe in china.
