基于结构可靠性的姿控/储能飞轮转子设计方法研究

摘    要:姿控/储能两用飞轮在工作过程中依靠飞轮转速的变化来实现姿控和储能两方面的需求,在转速变化过程中,飞轮结构承受的交变载荷作用会导致飞轮发生疲劳破坏。为保证结构安全工作,需要依据结构可靠性的要求对飞轮转子进行结构设计,本文介绍了姿控/储能飞轮结构所采用的金属材料及复合材料的可靠性分析理论,并针对两用飞轮结构的特点提出了基于结构可靠性的姿控/储能两用飞轮转子设计方法。基于通用有限元分析软件建立了飞轮的三维有限元分析模型以得到结构的应力分布。最后给出了设计示例。该研究为飞轮的结构设计和飞轮的破坏试验提供理论依据。

Abstract:The attitude control and power function of IPACS are realized by changing the rotary angular velocity of the flywheel. During the process that the angular velocity rises and descends, the flywheel endures recurrence load, which leads to fatigue of flywheel rotor structure. To ensure the flywheel safety, it is necessary to design the flywheel rotor based on reliability. In this paper, the reliability theory of metal material and composite material are introduced. At the same time, the reliability design method of flywheel rotor is presented aimed at the flywheel structural characteristics. Furthermore, a 3-D finite element model is established and analyzed to obtain the stress contour. At last, an example is provided to illustrate the design method. The work in this paper provides theory foundation for the flywheel structure design and destroy test.
