摘    要:针对具有异方差性的多MEMS陀螺随机漂移误差的补偿问题,提出基于广义自回归条件异方差建立单个MEMS陀螺随机漂移的误差模型,并在此基础上进行多元异方差时间序列的相关性分析,研究基于多元广义自回归条件异方差分析多MEMS陀螺随机漂移信号的协方差矩阵和时变相关系数。将该分析方法应用于多MEMS陀螺的在线融合补偿中,验证了多元异方差分析方法对多MEMS陀螺随机误差补偿的有效性。仿真结果表明该方法对随机漂移信号具有很好的融合补偿效果,可以提高多MEMS陀螺的测量精度。

Abstract:For the compensation of the random drift errors of multiple MEMS gyroscopes with heteroscedastic property,an error model for the single MEMS gyro is proposed based on the generalized auto-regressive conditional heteroscedastic analysis.And on this basis,by extending the heteroscedastic analysis to multiple case,the correlation between the multivariate heteroscedastic time series is analyzed an analytical method for the random drift errors of the multiple MEMS gyro is investigated and the multivariate generalized auto-regressive conditional heteroscedastic model is used to build the covariance matrix and time-varying correlation coefficient of multivariate error signals.Furthermore,this analytical method is applied for the in-line fusion process to compensate errors of multiple MEMS gyros.Simulation results demonstrate the validation of the multivariate heteroscedastic analysis,and the better fusion result and higher measurement accuracy are obtained.
