| Abstract: | Under the assumption of the localization,the formula of pressure and tan-getial stress in the transition flow regions are prestented using the weighted average method over continious flow and free molecular flow. The undetermined constants of the weighted functions are obtained by regression analysis to evaluate the aerodynamic properties of the flow over a blunt body. The results obtained by the engineering evaluating method presented in this paper are compared with the experimental result consistently. |
