| Abstract: | In this paper a new type of an attitude angle measuring system of triaxial gasbearing table is suggested. The construction is quite simple. It needs only a single circular arm and a slide pad on it. Three attitude angles can be read out on it. meanwhile, the accuracy of measured values is high enough. |
