宇航钛合金气瓶优化设计与实验验证

摘    要:本文用有限元法对7升TC4钛合金气瓶进行应力分布计算和结构优化设计,并用水压爆破试验对优化结果进行试验验证。结果表明:结构优化设计使气瓶接嘴部分最大经向应力降低136MPa,约13%,7升气瓶减重210g,约7.7%,提高了气瓶的实际水压爆破压力。

Abstract:Finite element method(FEM)was used to calculate stress distribution in a 7 liter titanium alloy pressure vessel shell and optimize its design.The optimum result was verified by hydraulic burst test.It was showed that the optimization design makes the maximum stress in the outside shell of the vessel decrease 130MPa,about 13 percent and its weight reduce 210 gram,about 7 7 percent,and the actual burst pressure increases.
