基于力学特性预示的上面级结构改进设计

摘    要:上面级结构复杂,各组件之间的刚度、质量差异很大,且飞行时处于高过载状态,如设计不合理,易产生局部模态和应力集中的问题,影响结构安全。应用PATRAN/NASTRAN软件系统进行上面级结构的力学特性预示,对出现的模态局部化和应力集中进行了分析,并提出改进设计方案,比较了改进设计前后的效果,改进后的模态和应力情况都得到明显改善。

Abstract:The upper stages are complex structures.The difference of stiffness and mass between different components of the upper stages is enormous.The upper stages always work under high overload in flight.The vibration mode localization and stress concentration maybe threaten the safety of the structures because of no-reasonable design.In this paper,the mechanical behavior is predicted on PATRAN/NASTRAN software system,and the improved design scheme is presented based on analysis of mode localization and stress concentration.Finally,the dynamic characteristics comparison of upper stages before and after improvement is shown.
