高分辨率卫星遥感图像的偏流角及其补偿研究

卫星遥感采用高分辨率TDICCD相机时，由于地球的旋转产生图像运动的偏流角，偏流角对这种遥感图像的质量影响较大，需要进行补偿，并通过遥感视线的校正实现。补偿的首要工作是确定图像运动的偏流角和遥感视线的修正量。基于航天器飞行动力学原理，本文求出了各种近地轨道的偏流角、偏流角角速度，把遥感视线的校正分成粗校正和精校正，并给出了修正量的确定方法。针对椭圆轨道和圆轨道情况的偏流角及修正量的计算，验证了本文算法的有效性。

Study on satellite remote sensing high resolution image bias-angle and its compensation

We are on China studying in remote sensing high resolution image motion compensation (IMC).In satellite remote sensing with TDICCD camera,image motion companies with a bias angle for the earth self rotating.Because bias angle can damage image quality,image motion compensation is necessary.Remote sensing aspect angle deflection is an effective method to remove bias angle and to improve image quality.The first step of IMC is defining the scales of bias angle and aspect angle deflection.Based on spacecraft flight dynamics,bias angle and bias angle rate are calculated in the paper.Adjustment of remote sensing aspect angle deflection is divided into two steps:the first is coarse adjustment,and the second is fine adjustment.The scales of the two steps adjustments are calculated in the paper.In order to test and verify the methods given in the paper,flight missions of sun synchronism circle orbit and ellipse orbit are taken as examples for simulation.From the results,it can be seen that bias angle is zero in the South Pole and the North Pole,and is the maximum in the equator;bias angle among ellipse orbit is bigger than that among circle orbit with the same orbit inclination angle;Bias angle can be removed by means of remote sensing aspect angle deflection.
