复合材料界面强度微脱粘测定技术的研究

摘    要:研究了测定复合材料中纤维与基体间界面剪切强度的微脱粘方法及仪器,该仪器可直接对取自实际复合材料的微小样品进行单纤维原位测量,不必专门制备样品,并且精密度高,成功地表征了碳纤维增强复合材料界面性能,它对于复合材料两相间界面粘结状况、界面设计的研究是一种十分有效的手段。

Abstract:This paper makes an approach to the measurement of interfacial shear strength between fiber and matrix of composite materials by microdebonding technique.This instrument developed by the authors can be used to determinate with high precision the in situ fiber/matrix bond strength of a small sample cut from real composite,and has characterized successfully the inter facial property of carbon fiber reinforced composites.It is available to be used in studying the inter facial bond and design of composites.
