基于均匀试验设计的Whipple结构弹道极限方程数值仿真研究

摘    要:均匀试验设计是一种部分因子试验设计方法,将该方法引入航天器Whipple结构超高速撞击弹道极限问题研究.采用均匀试验设计方法设计少量的试验,即可代表整个变量空间的特性.针对试验方案,采用数值模拟获得子弹丸极限穿透直径同撞击条件的关系.将本文研究结果与已有的物理试验和Whipple结构弹道极限方程对比,结果表叫采用本文的方法获得的弹道极限方程具有较好的预测准确度.

Abstract:Uniform experiment design is one of the designs of experiment methods. The uniform experiment design is intro-duced into the numerical research of Whipple shield ballistics limit equation under the condition of hypervelocity impact. A series of numerical experiments is designed according to the selected table of uniform experiment design. The formula of the critical pene-tration diameter of the projectiles and the hypervelocity conditions is given out by few numerical experiments. The ballistics limit equation based on the method shows a good accuracy and effect by comparing with the physical experimental results and the former equations which is developed by the physical experiments.
