| 摘 要： | 在数据采集和处理系统中,高速A/D转换器是一个很重要的部件。本文提出一种新的采用电荷耦合器件组成的高速短序列A/D转换电路。实验表明,这种电路相当于两个采样率为5MHz的8位A/D转换器。它的电路简单,成本低廉。进一步提高转换速度和准确度是有潜力的。

| Abstract: | High speed A/D converter is a very important device in high speed data acquisition systems. We designed an A/D converting circuit consisting of a charge couple device (CCD) and an ordinary A/D converter to substitute the high speed A/D converter. The experiement results reveal that the A/D converting circuit is approximately equivalent to two high speed (5MHz) 8-bits A/D converters. The circuit's performance can be further improved. |
