高硬韧材料切削温度的解析预测

摘    要:以传热学为基础,用有限差分数值方法,二元切削加工过程中切削区域温度场进行了计算机模拟,并以金刚石和硬质合金刀具切削钛合金炙例,进行了切削温度计算,经分析,计算结果与实测切削温度值吻合良好。这不但表明切削温度的计算机模拟可行的,同时人加工材料的切削加工特性提供了一种新的解析方法,可节省大量实验,为进一步预测最佳切削过程,指导新型刀具材料的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on heat transfer,by useing a finite difference numerical method and personal computer,temperature field at cutting area in two dimensional machining process ispredicted.Take machining titanium alloy by useing diamond tool and carbide tool for examples,the cutting temperature is calculated.The calculated temperature is in good agreement with that measured.This indicates that computer simulation of cutting temperature is applicable.It also provides a new analytic method for the study of cutting and processing features of hard processing materials.A large amount of experiments will be saved thus.It lay a fundation for predictingthe optimum cutting process and instructing the development of new cutter materials.
