气体循环热控技术在卫星热设计中的应用

摘    要:简要概述了气体循环对流主动热控技术在卫星热控设计中的应用,然后结合卫星热控设计,对该设计方法进行理论分析,从理论上定性阐释应用该设计方法时,影响卫星热控设计的主要参数,如星外表涂层,卫星内部接触热阻和导热热阻,星内对流换热系数等,然后对卫星进行热试验,验证热控设计,并得出相应经验数据。

Abstract:The application of active thermal control by gas circulation convection heat transfer technique is generally summarized in this paper,and the theoretical analysis of this technique is carried out associated with its application in the thermal control system of satellite.By the analysis,the main parameters which determine or influence the design of the thermal control system,such as the thermal coat outside the satellite surface,the thermal contact/conduction resistance inside the satellite,the convection heat transfer coefficient inside the satellite,are accounted for this kind of thermal design in quantity.Finally,the thermal balance test of the designed satellite is conducted to verify the thermal control design,and some useful empirical data are obtained.
