金属橡胶五次非线性干摩擦系统振动响应计算方法研究

摘    要:金属橡胶是一种新型材料,运用谐波平衡法(HB)及Fourier级数展开和谐波平衡法相结合的方法(FHB)推导出含有五次非线性的金属橡胶干摩擦振动系统在简谐激励下的频响方程。通过数值仿真,验证了五次非线性因素对金属橡胶干摩擦系统的幅频特性的影响大小,发现当五次非线性因素较大时,幅频特性曲线出现弯曲跳跃现象,同时对两种算法进行了比较,当五次非线性因素较大时,可用HB法代替FHB法,而当五次非线性因素较小时,此时两种算法的结果误差较大,而FHB法在理论上更精确,因此当五次非线性因素较小时,应采用FHB法。该研究对金属橡胶材料的理论建模及其特性的了解有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Metallic rubber is a new material. By the harmonic balancing technique (HB) and the technique which links Fourier series with harmonic balancing technique (FHB), the amplitude-|frequency equation of vibration system of five power nonlinear dry friction under harmonic excitation was achieved. Through numeric emulator, the effect of nonlinear factor on amplitude-|frequency characteristics of dry friction system for metallic rubber was investigated. It was showed that curves of amplitude-|frequency characteristics had phenomenon of bend and leap. Simultaneously, the two computational methods were compared. If nonlinear factor was bigger, FHB method could be replaced by HB method,however, if nonlinear factor was smaller, the error of the two computational methods was great, but FHB method was more accurate in theory. Therefore when nonlinear factor was smaller, FHB method should be applied. Achievement of the paper will put forward important theoretical guidance for wide use of metallic rubber.
