摘    要:由于航天器等复杂产品设计过程中普遍存在的信息耦合现象,使得对复杂产品设计项目的定量化管理成为当前项目管理领域的一个难点。文章在布尔设计结构矩阵(Binary Design Structure Matrix,bDSM)的基础上,从任务输入信息的稳定性和对输入信息变动的敏感性两方面出发,运用模糊层次分析法将复杂产品设计过程中耦合任务集进行数字化设计结构矩阵(numeri-cal DSM,nDSM)建模,定量描述任务间的信息关联强度,进而设计了适用于产品耦合设计过程的分解与重构的Epsilon算法,并针对产品设计过程nDSM模型的特点,设计了过程重组的优劣性评价标准,从而完成了对nDSM的分解与重组的评价和选择。

Abstract:This study is conducted to quantitatively and precisely describe and manage a complex product design project. Based on binary DSM model of complex product design process,this paper consideres the relationship among the tasks in two measures:input information stability(IIS) and sensitivity to input information(SII),and transforms the model from binary DSM into numerical DSM(nDSM) to quantify the dependency among them. Then an Epsilon algorithm is designed to reorganize the coupled process,and an evaluation standard of the nDSM decomposition and reorganization is presented.
