Abstract:The paper studies the extraction of digital surface model(DSM) using block-adjustment technology based on rational polynomial coefficient(RPC) model.The results show that this method has a better extraction of DSM.Compared with Google Earth,the root mean square error(RMSE) is 6.122m;the reference points with error less than 8m account for 80% of the total number,and those above 10m account for 12%;the maximum error is 15.301m.
