卫星平台模块化柔性热控体系结构

摘    要:针对传统以被动热控为主的热控体系结构在适应能力、鲁棒性与灵活性方面的不足,以及难以满足目前卫星研制中平台公用化、通用化与诸多快速研制要求等问题,首先对模块化、柔性设计理论与方法进行了分析;然后结合热控技术的发展现状,构建出4种基于热总线的模块化、柔性热控体系结构;并在此基础上梳理出新型模块化、柔性热控体系结构面临的问题与解决途径。研究成果对于推动主动热控技术在我国卫星热控设计中的应用具有参考意义。

Abstract:The current traditional passive thermal control system(TCS) architecture can’t meet the future need of the satellite bus’s public utilization,generalization and quick manufacture,owing to its weakness in adaptability,robusticity and flexibility.This paper analyzes the theory and application methods of modularization and flexiable design,configurates four kinds of modularized and flexiable thermal control architecture,which are based on the thermal bus,according to the current development status of thermal control technology.Finally,the paper summarizes the key technologies of the modularization and flexiable design for thermal control architecture,which will play an important role in promotion of the application of the active thermal control technology in Chinese satellite thermal design.
