| Abstract: | The phase 2 contract for ＂fractionated spacecraft （System F6）＂ was awarded to Orbital Sciences Corporation by DARPA on November 25,2009.The contract is valued at 74.6 million dollars over a one-year period of performance.This event illustrates that the F6 program has made a certain progress.In this paper,the concept and development of F6 program and the value-centric design methodology for spacecraft are discussed and analyzed;some inspiration and suggestions are given. |
