摘    要:根据嫦娥二号月球卫星分别需在100km圆轨道获取分辨率优于10m的月面立体图像,以及在100km/15km椭圆轨道获取分辨率优于1.5m的立体图像需求,设计了NAND型FLASH存储芯片的固态大容量存储器,其存储容量达128Gbit。设计中采用了并行扩展加流水线操作的方式,提高了存储和擦除速率;引入了"簇"的概念,在存...

Abstract:Based on the requirements of Chang'e-2 orbiter which would acquire the 3-D image of lunar landscape with better than 10m resolution at 100km circlular orbit and 1.5m resolution at 100km/15km elliptical orbit,the solid state recorder(SSR) is designed,which is made of 128Gbit NAND FLASH memory.The parallel extending and pipeline operation is used to increase writing and erasing speed.The concept of cluster is introduced,and in writing process the data are loaded in cluster(64kbit) to the physical memory unit ...
