| Abstract: | Based on the requirements of Chang'e-2 orbiter which would acquire the 3-D image of lunar landscape with better than 10m resolution at 100km circlular orbit and 1.5m resolution at 100km/15km elliptical orbit,the solid state recorder(SSR) is designed,which is made of 128Gbit NAND FLASH memory.The parallel extending and pipeline operation is used to increase writing and erasing speed.The concept of cluster is introduced,and in writing process the data are loaded in cluster(64kbit) to the physical memory unit ... |
