月球卫星氢镍蓄电池在轨管理技术及性能分析

摘    要:针对月球卫星工作模式多,功率需求变化大,自主控制能力要求高的特点,防止蓄电池出现欠充电、过充电,确保卫星供电安全,文章提出了以电子电量计控制为主、压力控制为辅的氢镍蓄电池在轨自主管理技术,包括充电控制模式、多模式多速率充电管理、全光照期充电管理和月食充电管理等内容,并给出了电池在轨测试情况。在整个任务飞行过程中电池以优异的性能在轨运行,实践证明月球卫星氢镍蓄电池在轨管理技术合理、有效。

Abstract:Considering that the requirements for multiple work modes,variant power and highly autonomous control are the significant characteristics for lunar exploration satellite,and aiming at protecting the battery form short-charging and over-charging and protecting the power supply security of the satellite,an in-orbit management technology for nickel-hydrogen battery is raised in this paper which uses in-orbit autonomous control mainly by coulometer with auxiliarily pressure control.Furthermore,charging control mode,multiple charging mode and multiple charging rate management,and charging management during long sunlight period and lunar eclipse are explained,and the in-orbit testing results are given.The good performances of the nickel-hydrogen battery during in-orbit flight lifetime show that the in-orbit management technology for battery is profitable for lunar exploration satellite.
