国内外航天器密封舱主结构材料的选用

摘    要:介绍了国内外航天器密封舱主结构常用的铝合金材料,并对其常规力学性能、断裂韧度、焊接性能、抗应力腐蚀性能等进行了比较。同时,结合不同的使用环境及条件对可选材料进行了分析,给出了目前及未来密封舱主结构材料的选择建议。文章研究结果可为大型航天器密封舱主结构研制提供参考。

Abstract:The common A1 alloy materials for primary structure of sealed module of spacecraft at home and abroad are introduced in this paper, and the properties of mechanical, fracture tough- ness, welding, stress corrosion cracking are also compared. The suggestions of primary structure material selection for sealed module of spacecraft are given by analyzing the using environments and conditions. Results of this article can provide a reference for the future research on primary structure of large sealed modules of spacecraft.
