摘    要:蓄电池组作为整星的储能部件,其充放电循环寿命是制约整星寿命的重要因素之一。适当的充电控制手段能有效地延缓蓄电池性能的衰降,延长卫星的使用寿命。文章分析了目前基于硬件模拟电路的蓄电池电压/温度(V/T)曲线充电控制技术的特点和局限性,提出了一种采用电源控制计算机软件实现的V/T曲线充电控制方法,其针对蓄电池可能出现的开路...

Abstract:As a storage energy part of satellite,battery's charging-discharging cycle lifetime influence strongly satellite's lifetime,and appropriate charging control measure can effectively delay performance degrade of battery and prolong satellite's lifetime.This paper analyses the characteristic and localization of battery V/T curve charging control method,brings forward a V/T curve charging control method realized by computer software,which establishes V/T curve math model containing potential open-circuit or short-circuit invalidation mode,designs software control algorithm according to battery actual state,takes output D/A control signal as a benchmark of hardware charging current regulating circuit,and achieves the goal of regulating charging current.By using computer,the model parameters of V/T curve can be adjusted in orbit the accurate charging control can'be fulfilled whenever battery is in different temperature region or perfor-mance attenuation occurs,which overcomes traditional hardware V/T curve control disadvantage of lower precision,reliability and agility in the whole temperature range.This method is validated to be feasible through test.
