单相流体回路工质的优选研究

摘    要:流体工质的选择是单相流体回路设计的一项重要内容,文章概述了流体工质的基本性能参数与选择标准,简要介绍了单相流体回路的分析计算过程,提出了能初步衡量工质优劣的一个特征性能参量热耗比F,设定3种工况条件,分别绘制了6种工质的热耗比F随温度的变化曲线,将比较结果应用于一个流体双回路系统的内回路,在SINDA/FLUINT中建立数值仿真模型,计算结果显示利用热耗比F可以对流体工质进行初步的优选。

Abstract:Selecting working fluid is an important content of designing single-phase fluid loop system.The chief parameters and criterion for selecting fluid are considered.Based on the process of analyzing the single-phase fluid loop system,a characteristic parameter(F)which is definited as a ratio of heat load to power is brought forward to measure the performance of the fluid.By supposing three sorts of condition and taking six kindus of fluid as example,the curve of F is drawn.And the result is applied to a double loop single-phase fluid loop system.Through building a numerical simulating model of fluid loop system in SINDA/FLUINT,it's indicated that the working fluid can by optimally selected by F.
