摘    要:利用微小卫星星座代替陆基方式,完成监控和数据采集(SCADA)系统进行数据采集传输任务的方案由数据采集与传输分系统、远程用户分系统和综合管理中心分系统组成,可以对各类SCADA终端设备状态数据进行实时采集与传输,从而满足覆盖区域广阔、地理环境复杂的大型工程需要。分析表明,该方案具有全球覆盖、部署便捷等优势,仅须利用36颗微小卫星,就可以实现对南北纬60°区域的全时覆盖,适合在我国和国外应用。

Abstract:A new solution of SCADA data acquisition and transmission by using microsatellite constellation is composed of data acquistion and transmission sub-system, remote user units and administrator station to meet the requirement of large coverage area and flexible environment. The advantages of the solution are global coverage and quick distribution. Only using a constellation of 36 mircosatellites, it can make twenty-four hour coverage of the area between the latitudes of 60°N and 60°S, which is very suitable to be used at home and abroad.
