热屏绝热型热流计可行性分析

摘    要:热平衡试验是航天器热控设计的重要环节,外热流模拟和测量是热平衡试验的两个关键因素。两者的不准确将给热平衡试验带来不可预估的影响。因此热流测量技术是热平衡试验的关键技术之一。目前使用的热流计测量低热流密度时存在较大误差,为此研制一种高精度热流计——热屏绝热型热流计来测量热流。该热流计主要包括敏感面和热屏两部分。敏感面用来测量热流,热屏则为敏感面提供一个绝热环境。其关键技术是在热屏和敏感面充分隔热的基础上,采用跟踪控温的方法使热屏和敏感面的温度相同,从而使两者之间的热交换可以忽略。文章利用热分析计算分析了该热流计其敏感面和热屏的等温性能满足热流测量要求;并利用试验证明了跟踪控温技术可行,热屏和敏感面温度一致,从而说明了该热流计测量热流的可行性。

Abstract:Thermal balance test is very critical to thermal control of spacecraft.The simulation and measurement of heat flux are key factors in thermal balance test.The effects on thermal balance test will not be well forecasted if the simulation and measurement are not accurate.The measurement technology of heat flux is one of the key factors in thermal balance test.The heat flux meter currently used makes major measurement error when heat flux is low.Thus,a kind of radiometer with fine precision is described in this paper.This heat flux meter consists of sensitive surface and heat shield.The sensitive surface is used to measure heat flux,while the heat shield is used to provide an adiabatic shielding for the sensitive surface.It is the key technology that makes temperature of the heat shield controlled as same as that of the sensitive surface,with heat insulation measures taken between the heat shield and the sensitive surface.The feasibility of this new heat flux meter is validated.
