| 摘 要： | 提出了一种利用小波变换进行低码率合成孔径雷达 (Synthetic Aperture Radar-SAR)图像传输的方案 ;对局域增强技术进行了理论分析 ,得出了信噪比改善的解析结果 ;解决了SPIHT算法的子树分离问题 ,提出了具有抵抗信道噪声能力的修正的 MSPIHT算法 ,对其存贮复杂性和计算复杂性进行了分析 ;分析和仿真表明了本方法的有效性

| Abstract: | This paper presents a scheme for the transmission of low bit rate SAR image by means of wavelet transform.The local area enhancement method was analyzed and gave the analytic result for SNR improvement.Through the settlement of the sub tree division of SPIHT algorithm,the robust modified SPIHT algorithm was presented.The algorithm's storage complexity and computational complexity were analyzed in detail.The analysis and simulation show that the presented method is valuable. |
