In this paper , the author presents the development of GPS Timing System in Air Traffic Control (ATC) . The design of the system is discussed . The Asynchronous I/O technique based on the message, multithread and Interprocess Communications (IPC) are also talked about. At the end, the skills in the system realization are introduced in detail.
