| Abstract: | Following CCSDS Packard telemetry and telemetry channel coding standard,an on Board packard telemetry equipment has been designed and implemented.The main techniques include:frame forming technique,virtual channel technique,channel coding technique,synchronization technique etc.The equipment has passed the test by special check out equipment on ground.It is proved that the equipment works well and the design is correct. |
