摘    要:为提高液体火箭发动机(LRE)故障检测与诊断的及时性、实时性与准确性,将人工免疫系统(AIS)中的否定选择原理用于LRE的故障检测与诊断。基于正常状态与故障模式的人工识别球,采用最大相似原则,实现了LRE稳态工作过程中的故障检测与诊断,并用LRE稳态故障试车数据进行实验。验证结果表明:AIS对LRE故障检测与诊断的速度快,正确率与灵敏度高,捕获未知故障能力强,有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:To improve the performance of real-time,in-time,and veracity in fault detection and diagnosis of liquid rocket engine(LRE),the negative selection algorithm of artificial immune system was applied in this paper.The fault detection and diagnosis were carried out,while the artificial recognition ball(ARB) was constructed and the maximum similarity rule was adopted.The experiment was performed with steady state data collected in some ground test.The results showed that this method had the function of quickly detection,high rate of correction diagnosis,and powerful ability of discovering the unknown fault.It could be widely applied in the state monitoring and fault diagnosis of LRE.
