| Abstract: | The phase-noise measurement of microwave signal directly using spectrum analyzer was introduced in this paper. The measurement procedore, measurement parameter determination and measurement result modification were given out. The comparison of the measurement results of using direct spectrum and orthogonal phase detecting was made. The special notes in phase-noise measurement were discussed. |
