细长型飞行器双台随机振动试验虚拟试验技术研究

摘    要:用虚拟激励法、逆虚拟激励法和模态叠加法,建立了方阵控制下的细长型飞行器双台随机振动试验的虚拟仿真程序。对某细长型飞行器双台随机振动试验的试验值与仿真结果进行了比较,试验结果与计算值能较好吻合,验证了计算方法及仿真程序的正确性。在仿真程序中添加循环比较算法,计算出激振位置与控制测点位置最优的组合方案,使试件各部位的振动加速度响应谱型与参考谱型更接近,实现了试验方案优化。

Abstract:According to the pseudo excitation method and inverse pseudo excitation method and mode- superposition method, the emulation program about dual-exciter random vibration test of the slender aerocraft under square-matrix control strategy was established. The simulation result was compared with the real test result which verified the correctness of the calculation method and procedure. Using the Matlab codes added with the cycle comparison algorithm, the optimal combination method of the position of exciting force and control point position was calculated, which maked the vibration response of every structural part close to the reference response spectral.
