非线性失真的准确测量

摘    要:为满足宽频范围,尤其是低频段非线性失真测量的需求,分析和比较了非线性失真测量中常用的基波抑制法和谐波分析法,并给出了测量仪器选用的一些原则,分析了两种方法的适用范围。结果表明,89441A矢量信号分析仪可以弥补传统频谱分析仪和音频分析仪的缺陷,在非线性失真测量方面有较好的应用效果。

Abstract:To satisfy the non-linear distortion measurement for wide band frequency especially in low frequency, the comparison of base band restraint and harmonic analysis method that were used in non-linear distortion measurement usually was put forward in this paper. Some principles of measuring were given. The suitable application of the two methods was analyzed. It was showed that using Agilent 89441A VSA to measure the non-linear distortion could overcome the disadvantages of some traditional spectrum analyzers and audio analyzers.
