US military has already introduced Cyber operations into the war-fighting arena..In recent years, US military is accelerating Cyber operations system construction,and making great progress in strategic theo- ry, command organization establishment, technology and equipment research,training and exercises. The major strategy documents of both the government and military are summarized. The process and status quo of major - Cyber command and power constructions are introduced. The progresses of Cyberspace technology and equip- ment are analyzed, and the measures for training and exercises are studied. The results may serve as references for understanding the characteristics,approaches and status quo of US military Cyber operations system con- struction.
