雷达射频前端的仿真设计

摘    要:采用自顶向下的设计方法,设计了工作于S波段的带宽为100MHz的雷达接收前端.使用Agilent公司的ADS微波设计软件对系统性能进行了仿真论证.分别设计了低噪声放大器、混频器、中频放大器模块,仿真结果均达到要求.前端仿真结果:增益大于75dB,噪声系数小于3dB,镜像抑制度为60dB,灵敏度为-90dBm,动态范围为50dB.

Abstract:An S-band radar receiver with 100 MHz bandwidth is designed by the from the top to the bottom method.The system performance is simulated using the ADS microwave software.The LNA,mixer and IF amplifier are respectively designed,and all the performance meet the requirements.The results include:the gain is bigger than 75 dB,the noise figure is lower than 3 dB,the image rejection reaches 60 dB,the sensitivity is-90 dB and the dynamic range is 50 dB.
