摘    要:为提高聚乙二醇聚氨酯弹性体(PEG-TPE)的力学性能,探索了引入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)合成PMMA/PEG-TPE半互穿网络聚合物(S-IPN)的方法.采用动态热机械分析(DMA)研究了PMMA/PEG-TPE试样的玻璃化转变温度、损耗角正切和储能模量的变化规律.结果表明,PMMA的引入使S-IPN的拉伸强度大幅提高,从PEG-TPE的3.75 MPa提高到PMMA/PEG-TPE(70/30)的26.3 MPa,但S-IPN的断裂伸长率大幅下降.

Abstract:In order to improve mechanical properties of polyethylene glycol thermoplastic elastomer(PEG-TPE),polymethyl methyacrylate(PMMA) was introduced into PEG-TPE network to synthesize semi-interpenetrating polymer networks(S-IPN).The change laws of glass transition temperature,loss angle tangent and storage modulus of PMMA/PEG-TPE samples were investigated by means of dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis(DMA).The results show that PMMA can make tensile strength of S-IPN improved significantly,i.e.from 3.75 MPa(PEG-TPE) to 26.3 MPa(PMMA/PEG-TPE(70/30)),but the elongation-to-break of S-IPN decreass greatly.
