固体火箭发动机药柱三维粘弹性响应面随机有限元分析

摘    要:发展了一种三维粘弹性响应面随机有限元法(VRSSFEM),并对某型号固体火箭发动机药柱进行了随机结构分析。首先基于近似不可压粘弹性有限元方法和中心复合设计(CCD)技术获得输入、输出随机变量多组试验点,然后采用最小二乘法估计响应面函数的各项系数,最后以显式的函数表达式代替实际药柱结构的有限元分析模型,结合Monte Carlo方法完成了某型号固体火箭发动机药柱结构的随机响应分析。数值算例表明,该方法不修改确定性有限元分析程序,效率较高且精度,能满足实际工程需要,特别适用于大型复杂粘弹性结构的随机分析。
