基于非结构网格的燃面推进算法

摘    要:根据惠更斯波传播原理,构建了一种在通用CFD软件的非结构网格系统上直接计算燃面推进的数值方法。该方法将燃面对应的计算网格面作为一系列平面波源,利用网格几何关系对边界节点奇异性进行判定,通过所有平面波源影响区域的叠加求解新的燃面位置。数值实现过程中,根据节点奇异性和波源影响区域以三维矢量运算得到节点的推进矢量。结合网格的重分,在通用CFD软件环境中实现了燃面的推进,所用数值算法具有良好的精度。另外,对三维动态内弹道模拟中燃面计算的稳定性和精度等问题进行了研究。

A simulation method of burning surface regression based on unstructured mesh

Abstract:Based on Huygens principle of wave propagation, a numerical simulation method on CFD software unstructured mesh was founded so as to calculate burning surface regression directly. The corresponding mesh of burning surface was taken as a series of wave font. Singularity of boundary node was determined via geometrical relation of mesh, and new burning surface location was solved by superimposing all wave font influencing zones. Based on node singularity and wave font influencing zones, regression vector of node was obtained by 3D vector calculation. In combination with restructured mesh, regression of burning surface was realized in CFD software. The results show that the method is of good accuracy. The stability and the accuracy of burning surface calculation in the course of 3D dynamic internal ballistics simulation were investigated.
