基于数论方法的固体推进剂装药结构可靠性分析

摘    要:提出了将数论中代表点用于分析固体发动机药柱结构可靠性的方法.利用均匀散布理论得到了均匀散布点集合,进而基于F-偏差准则得到多元分布的代表点.通过对粘弹性有限元模型的药柱进行结构完整性分析,考虑泊松比和发动机载荷的随机性,并结合失效判据,通过极大似然估计方法时失效函数进行可靠性计算,得到了在内压作用下的固体火箭发动机药柱结构可靠度.其计算结果与Monte Carlo方法得到的结果十分相近,且具有很好的稳健性.数论方法简单,具有很好的优越性.

Abstract:A method of structure reliability of solid motor grain is presented based on number-theory.First,uniformly scattered point aggregation was found using uniformly scattered theory based on F-Discrepancy.Using this aggregation,the representative points of multivariate distribution were calculated.Second,the grain structure integrity was analyzed by using finite element method based on the viscoelastic theory.And then,the reliability of grain under the internal pressure was presented combined with failure crite...
