石墨渗铜喉衬材料烧蚀机理分析

摘    要:通过研究石墨渗铜材料的微观结构和石墨渗铜喉衬的热传导测试结果,以及石墨渗铜与发动机高温燃气的化学反应,得出了石墨渗铜喉衬的烧蚀机理。结果表明.在石墨渗铜材料发动机喉衬烧蚀过程中仅能出现铜的相变和表面液态铜流失及石墨基材本身的热化学烧蚀和机械剥蚀。而不能出现铜蒸气的自发汗现象.且铜元素不与燃气发生反应。在此基础上提出了适用于石墨渗铜喉衬稳态烧蚀速率怙算的公式。

Abstract:The erosion mechanism of the copper-infiltrated graphite throat insert (CIGTI) is obtained by means of studying the microcopic structure and the thermoconductivity of the copper-infiltrated graphite materials, analyzing the chemical reaction between the copper-infiltrated graphite and high-temperature gas. Some phenomena have been found, such as phase transformation of the copper, loss of the melting-copper on the insert surface, thermochemical ablation and mechanical exfoliation of the graphite matrix; but the self-transpiration of the copper hasn' t observed. It is also shown that the copper couldn' t react with combustion gas during ablating of the copper-infiltrnated graphite. The formula for the evaluation of steady erosion rate of CIGTI is obtained.
