三维粘弹性药柱随机性能初步分析

摘    要:针对固体火箭发动机药柱结构分析中随机因素的影响,以不可压缩粘弹增量有限元和随机有限元为基础,采用局部平均方法对随机场进行离散,推导了三维随机粘弹有限元方法,并编写了随机有限元程序,与Monte-Carlo方法计算结果进行了对比。对三维药柱进行了泊松比、材料模量及结构相关模型等随机参数影响的对比分析,所得结果为进一步药柱结构随机分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aiming at some random effect factors in structure analysis of SRM,the random field was discretized by using local average method,and 3D random viscoelastic finite element method(FEM) was deduced on the basis of incompressible viscoelastic incremental FEM and random FEM.Moreover random finite element program was compiled and compared with calculation results of Monte-Carlo method.Finally the effects of some random variables such as Poisson ratio,modulus and structure model on 3D grain were analyzed,and the analysis results can provide reference to random analysis of grain structure.
