| 摘 要： | 介绍了中温(80℃)硫化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝热层的各项性能,考察了促进剂种类对EPDM硫化特性的影响。结果表明,二硫代氨基甲酸盐类促进剂对中温硫化EPDM的硫化促进作用最好,该中温硫化EPDM绝热层的本体性能与高温硫化胶相当,且综合性能优良;发动机壳体修补工艺试验结果表明,配方性能和工艺性能均满足发动机修补要求。

| Abstract: | The properties of middle-temperature vulcanization(MTV)ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) insulation were introduced.The influence of accelerant types on vulcanizing properties of EPDM was discussed.The results show that the accelerating effect of aminodithioformate accelerant on the MTV EPDM insulation is remarkable.The properties of MTV EPDM insulation are equivalent to that of high temperature vulcanization insulation,and the comprehensive performance of MTV EPDM insulation is excellent.The patching test results of motor case show that formulation properties and processing properties of the material can meet the patching requirement of motor. |
