摘    要:采用振动浇注技术克服了复合固体推进剂在真空花板浇注过程出现的缺陷,并对6种高粘度丁羟推进剂配方进行了浇注实验研究,给出适用的振动频率和加速度范围。该浇注技术已应用于小型发动机装药生产中,成品率达到100%。

Abstract:A vibration casting is triproved and used to overcome the defect during vacuum slit plate casting for composite solid propellant. The available ranges of vibration frequency and acceleration are obtained for six formulas of high viscosity HTPB propellant. The casting technology has been used in the production of some small rocket motors, and the pass percent of products reachs 100%.
