PMMA激光点火特性研究

摘    要:采用CO2激光点火实验系统,研究了常压下PMMA的点火过程以及点火延迟时间与点火热流密度的关系。研究结果表明,随点火热流密度的增加,PMMA的点火延迟时间减少;当点火热流密度大于286 W/cm2时,热流密度对点火延迟时间的影响变小;当点火热流密度较低时,点火延迟时间随着热流密度的减小而急剧增加,且存在点火的最低能量阈值。最后,给出了常压下热流密度范围为70~881 W/cm2内的PMMA点火延迟时间与点火热流密度的数学关系式。

Abstract:The ignition process of PMMA under normal pressure and the effect of ignition heat flux density on the ignition delay time of PMMA were examined in detail by use of a CO2 laser ignition system.The results show that the ignition delay time of PMMA was decreased with the increase of ignition heat flux density.The effect of ignition heat flux density on ignition delay time decreases when the ignition heat flux density is more than 286 W/cm2.The ignition delay time increases dramatically with the decrease of ignition heat flux density when the ignition heat flux density is lower.There exists minimum energy threshold to ignite PMMA.The mathematical relationship between the ignition delay time of PMMA and the ignition heat flux density in the range of 70~881 W/cm2 was given.
