摘    要:通过比较固体火箭发动机的几种典型连接结构,指出采用卡环连接的优势。结合工程实际,开展卡环连接结构设计、有限元仿真分析与单项试验验证,重点解决卡环结构高压变形、结构密封、配合间隙、装配工艺等几个方面的问题。通过单项试验考核及计算,证明卡环连接方案的可行性和设计的合理性。

Abstract:Several typical joint structure used in the solid rocket motor was introduced briefly.The advantage of the snap ring was summarized by comparing with other joint structure.The snap ring joint structure is used more and more in the current military equipment.The deformation and sealing under high pressure,fit clearance and assemble process etc,were investigated comprehensively.Snap ring structure was analyzed by using the finite element method and the mechanical experiment.The research results proved that the snap ring joint structure is reasonable and feasible.
