摘    要:首先,对运载火箭复合材料截锥形格栅适配器的质量目标函数与其几何构型及尺寸间的关系进行了研究。在此基础上,给出了舱壁厚度、斜向肋与环向肋宽度、斜向肋与环向肋数量及斜向肋倾斜角度等6个基本设计变量。在斜向肋数量给定的前提下,通过探寻无环向肋适配器优化质量随斜向肋倾斜角度的变化规律,并进一步将该变化规律与斜向肋间的交叉点数相结合,总结出一种简捷、有效的格栅适配器的优化设计方法。在同现有的某型号运载火箭复合材料薄壁结构适配器的对比中发现,在相同设计要求下,复合材料格栅适配器质量降低约30%,证实了该结构的高效及实用。

Abstract:The optimum design method for composite anisogrid adapters was studied.Optimization is performed by means of numerical minimization of shell mass with respect to six basic design variables based on the relation between the shell mass and geometry parameters,i.e.,the shell thickness,the width of hoop and oblique rids,the number of hoop and oblique rids and the dip angle of hoop ribs.The key point of the proposed numerical optimization method is the tendency of the optimized mass varying with the dip angle of hoop ribs based on the adapter without the hoop ribs.Application of the new method results in about 30% weight saving for the lattice structure compared with existing composite adapters.It is proved that this structure is highly effective and practical.
